At EverMoore Studios, we have worked across a variety of games and platforms, from mobile to console, combining expertise in design, production, and team leadership. As a generalist game design studio, we create fun, engaging features, produce clear, actionable documentation, and maintain deep technical proficiency. Our team is experienced in Unity3D (including rapid prototyping with C#), Unreal Engine, and Rebellion’s ASURA Engine, allowing us to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively.
We take particular pride in working directly in-engine, crafting experiences and systems that ensure players enjoy games as intended, combining design, technical skill, and creativity in every project.
Project Leadership Experience
At EverMoore Studios, we have guided ambitious projects from concept to production, bringing together small, highly talented teams to create exciting new intellectual properties.
Premium 3rd-Person Action-Adventure: A fantasy survival title with a distinctive 2D pixel art style, developed for PC, console, and mobile platforms.
Free-to-Play Survivors Game: A unique setting in the popular survival genre, designed for PC and consoles.
Although both projects were sadly shelved due to restructuring, they earned strong internal recognition and provided invaluable experience in team leadership, cross-discipline coordination, and concept-to-production workflows.

Terraria Mobile & Console Ports
Taking ownership of managing the Terraria porting projects for mobile and console platforms, coordinating closely with Re-Logic to ensure synchronized releases across all platforms and contributing to the integration of crossplay functionality into the game’s architecture.
Terraria is a massive title with years of legacy content and a passionate, engaged community. Success required rapidly understanding the existing game state, while aligning with the vision for future updates.
During the project, the team achieved a milestone: for the first time in Terraria’s history, the mobile and console versions were feature-parity and released simultaneously with the PC version, a significant accomplishment in both project management and cross-platform coordination.

Evil Genius 2 – Rebellion
Contributed to Evil Genius 2, the sequel to the cult classic PC spy-fi strategy game. Taking ownership of multiple areas of the game while becoming proficient with Rebellion’s ASURA engine, ensuring that design decisions were technically and creatively sound.
Features and responsibilities included:
Tutorial – Design, implementation, and player onboarding.
Henchmen and Genius Abilities – Ability design, balancing, and gameplay integration.
Trap Balance – Ensuring fair, engaging, and strategically interesting traps throughout the game.
Portal DLC Pack – Objective design, writing, implementation, trap and turret design, and balance.
Team Fortress 2 Pyro Pack – Objective design, character ability design, flamethrower weapon design, and balance.
Oceans DLC Expansion – Level layout and mechanics, objective design, writing and implementation, trap design, and balancing.
This role allowed us to combine creative design, technical understanding, and balance considerations, contributing to both the core game experience and its post-launch expansions.

Battle Islands & Related Titles – DR Studios / 505 Games
Helped develop a Clash of Clans-inspired strategy series for mobile, PC, and console platforms, beginning with Battle Islands, set in World War 2, with an art style optimized for the smartphones of the time.
Key responsibilities included:
Adapting core mechanics to the project’s unique thematic and artistic vision.
Converting UI and UX for console controllers.
Balancing gameplay and progression systems to maintain engagement and accessibility.
Battle Islands’ success contributed to DR Studios’ acquisition by 505 Games and paved the way for subsequent titles:
Battle Ages – Inspired by classics like Age of Empires, blending familiar strategy mechanics with fresh gameplay.
Battle Islands: Commanders – A tribute to Clash Royale, refining competitive PvP mechanics and progression systems.
This series demonstrated our ability to lead design across platforms, adapt proven mechanics to new themes, and deliver commercially and critically recognized titles.
